✝ Daily Jesus

EasterEaster · Week 5
Luke 24:34

Luke 24:34

Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.

When the disciples gathered that Easter evening, they weren't sharing a theory or a hope—they were announcing an encounter. The Lord is risen *indeed*. This wasn't wishful thinking or spiritual metaphor. Simon Peter had *seen* Jesus. He knew the difference between memory and presence, between faith and reality. That same risen Lord meets you today, not as a distant historical figure, but as a living Savior who knows your name. When you face doubt, discouragement, or the weight of your failures, remember: Jesus is not locked in the past. He stands alive before you now, ready to transform whatever you're carrying. This Easter season, you're invited into the disciples' joy. The resurrection wasn't only for them—it's for you. Christ's victory over death is the foundation of your hope, the guarantee that your struggles have meaning, and the assurance that nothing can separate you from His love. Perhaps today you'll pause and genuinely ask: *Have I really encountered the risen Jesus?* Let this season be a time of fresh discovery. Invite Him to make Himself real to you in ways that move beyond words into lived experience. He is risen, and He longs to appear to you too.
